Sifter Capital Oy (“Sifter Capital”) is a Finnish investment service company authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority under the Investment Services Act to provide asset management, brokerage services, investment advice, and ancillary services related to investment research and financial analysis.<\/strong><\/p>

Sifter Capital operates under its asset management license as the portfolio manager of the Sifter Fund Global investment fund. Additionally, Sifter Capital engages in securities brokerage activities as the distributor of the Sifter Fund Global (“Fund”).<\/p>

Sifter Capital maintains the website sifterfund.com<\/strong>, where information about the Fund is published for its investors and those interested in investing.
