For more than 20 years, our investment strategy has remained unchanged\u2014consistently outperforming major indices and competitors across most timeframes. Sifter Fund, a Luxembourg UCITS-regulated entity, is managed by Sifter Capital Oy, a Finnish MiFID-regulated firm, as its flagship fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mission of the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sifter Capital stands on two core pillars: portfolio management and distribution. In this position, you will strengthen the latter by serving as a vital link between our global distribution partners and our leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring data accuracy, analysis, and actionable insights to support decision-making at every level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accountability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Head of Shared Services and CEO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Key Stakeholders:<\/strong> Sub-Distributors in different European countries, Management Company in Luxembourg, Investor Relationship Managers in Finland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ensure operational continuity:<\/strong> Track subscriptions and redemptions from Third-Party Marketing (TPM) partners, verify calculations, maintain up-to-date information on digital platforms, and oversee due diligence processes with distribution partners and our fund administrator in Luxembourg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage and analyse data:<\/strong> Collect and refine subscription\/redemption data, calculate margins, and assess network productivity. Your analysis will directly support budgeting and board-level decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support sales and marketing:<\/strong> Provide key metrics, prepare comparison tables, respond to ad hoc data requests from partners, and deliver accurate information in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitate collaboration:<\/strong> Act as a bridge between external distributors, platform providers and Sifter\u2019s internal leadership to ensure smooth processes and effective information flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Competencies &amp; Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in financial administration, data management, and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with (or strong interest in learning) European mutual fund distribution models and platform operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meticulous, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Sifter Capital, you will grow as a financial professional within an international, high-performing environment.
