How to subscribe

  1. Through a financial intermediary (like a bank branch)
    This is the simplest way. Standard forms can be found to the right.

  2. Directly through the registrar agent (Reg A) of the fund
    In this case the shares are put in your name in the register of the fund. This requires to fill in subscription documents, which can be found to the right.

EFA account application and subscription

  • Please fill out the details of the subscriber / account applicant.
  • When making the first subscription and opening the account with EFA, the original documents must be sent to EFA’s postal address:

  • The initial subscription form may be attached to the account application form and mailed at the same time.
  • The value date of the subscription will be the following business day.
  • You shall receive a confirmation from EFA of the subscription

The subscription payment

  • The subscription payment is to be made within three banking days of the value date.
  • The payment is to be transferred in Euros into the fund’s account in the Custodian bank:

Additional subscriptions

  • Once you have opened an account in EFA (as in above) you can easily make additional subscriptions.
  • The form may be mailed or faxed to the transfer agent department of European Fund Administration (EFA) at +352 48 65 61 8002 before 5 pm CET.
  • The subscription payment is to be made within three banking days of the value date.

Redemption

  • Information about redemption needs to be sent by mail or by fax to the transfer agent department of EFA at +352 48 65 61 8002 before 5 pm CET in order to get the valuation day of the following business day.
  • In the redemption order fax you must mark all the necessary investor information: bank account information, as well as either the number of redeemed shares or the desired amount of money to be redeemed
  • The cash payment to the investor should arrive within three banking days from the value date of the redemption.
