Distribution Network Analyst

Mission of the Role

Sifter Capital stands on two core pillars: portfolio management and distribution. In this position, you will strengthen the latter by serving as a vital link between our global distribution partners and our leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring data accuracy, analysis, and actionable insights to support decision-making at every level.

Accountability

  • Reports to: Head of Shared Services and CEO
  • Key Stakeholders: Sub-Distributors in different European countries, Management Company in Luxembourg, Investor Relationship Managers in Finland

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational continuity: Track subscriptions and redemptions from Third-Party Marketing (TPM) partners, verify calculations, maintain up-to-date information on digital platforms, and oversee due diligence processes with distribution partners and our fund administrator in Luxembourg.
  • Manage and analyse data: Collect and refine subscription/redemption data, calculate margins, and assess network productivity. Your analysis will directly support budgeting and board-level decision-making.
  • Support sales and marketing: Provide key metrics, prepare comparison tables, respond to ad hoc data requests from partners, and deliver accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate collaboration: Act as a bridge between external distributors, platform providers and Sifter’s internal leadership to ensure smooth processes and effective information flow.

Key Competencies & Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial administration, data management, and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
  • Familiarity with (or strong interest in learning) European mutual fund distribution models and platform operations.
  • Meticulous, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
