Gatekeeper of the Investment Process
The portfolio management team and the Investment Committee meet weekly to review current holdings, new investment candidates, and the latest outlook for portfolio companies. The role of the Investment Committee is to act as a sparring partner to the portfolio managers and to ensure that every investment meets Sifter’s high quality standards.
The Committee complements the work of the analysts by helping to identify potential risks and assess the long-term potential of investment opportunities.
We believe in teamwork and that the best investment decisions are made by combining different perspectives. The Investment Committee adds experience, analytical strength, and constructive challenge alongside the portfolio management team. The objective of this collaboration is to ensure that every investment is thoughtful, well-founded, and fully aligned with Sifter’s long-term investment approach.
