The investment process is a bit different compared to many other funds. The analysis and screening are done by the analysis team of Sifter Capital which meets with the investment committee every week. This eight people team is behind the investment decisions. The decisions are based on teamwork but in a way that every company has one specific analyst who oversees the company.
